Since our inception 23 ago we have devoted our product line exclusively to the natural health industry. The reason we have maintained this position is simple, the health stores and Naturopathic Physicians gave us our start and we believe in this industry. When profits come before quality we chose not to participate. Purity and quality is appreciated by those who understand. On the shelf, our products look like the rest, but our customers know the difference.

High quality never costs, but pays! You get what you pay for. 
About our products, the raw materials are of the finest pharmaceutical grade possible, manufactured either in Japan, USA, or Europe, (very little Chinese material used).  Hormonal products are vegetarian with the exception of our glandulars.  All amino acids are free form, and purity must be 99.8% or higher.  We encapsulate our formulas in vegetarian capsules and not the cheaper animal gelatin form, again quality over price.

Retailers and consumers question our pricing, why are some of our products more expensive than the competition?
And why can’t we match their pricing? Our answer, quality of raw materials! A simple example, Chromium Picolinate a patented product, yes it can be purchased without patent from a Chinese source, but we choose the patented version paying 600% more. Why you may ask? The reasons are two fold, the product is clinically researched and the quality is consistently high. If you or your client’s health is a concern, why risk taking an inferior product, take the best.  

We could produce some products 25-50% cheaper if we used inferior raw materials, but we won't!  We strive to maintain a consistent high quality and to do so we stick with proven manufacturers.   Our raw materials are not purchased on price but on quality.  Our products may not be the cheapest available, but we can guarantee they are the purest!

Packaging is clean and pharmaceutical without all the flash; consumers buy our products because results are achieved!   
Our glandulars are concentrates (not extracts) and are derived from New Zealand range-grazed bovine animals.  The grasslands are non-fertilized and the animals are not administered feed supplements, hormones or antibiotics.  The glands are quick frozen, never exceeding -5C.  Their cellular structure is not damaged and is preserved in a biologically active and live state.  Source materials are not subjected to organic or aqueous solvents and therefore no chlorohydrocarbon remain as residue in the tissues.

Other than vegetal silica as a flow agent nothing else is ever added to our formulas. Our skin creams use a minimal amount of chemical additives for stability only what is necessary.

We stand on our integrity, and believe the Karmanic law, if you deceive now it will catch up to you later. Our products are formulated by a naturopathic physician and a pharmaceutical chemist.

We have constantly chosen quality raw materials and obtained the best possible pricing.  We never gouge consumers for a finished product, but give value for their dollar.  We choose to use vegetable based capsules even though we pay 100% more than we would if we were to use gel capsules (with the exception of our glandular products). 

Capsule size is important.

Size “4” capsule has a maximum fill weight of 219 mg including capsule of 40 mg + or – 3mg.

Size “2” capsule has a maximum fill weight of 520 mg including capsule of 76mg + or – 5mg.

Size “0” capsule has a maximum fill weight of 680 mg including capsule of 100mg + or –6 mg.

Size “00” capsule has a maximum fill weight of 980 mg including capsule of 120mg + or – 7 mg.

Let us use Melatonin as an example for encapsulation.  The active ingredient is 3mg.  We are one of the few manufacturers who use a size “4” vegetarian capsule. We use 176 mg of Magnesium stearate (vegetable source) and microcrystalline cellulose to fill the capsule.  Most manufacturers use either size “1” 441mg of filler or “0” 577 mg of filler.
