Reduce the Bio-Markers of Aging!

Two dietary supplements powerful in their own right, when taken together the results are off the charts. Acetyl L-carnitine and alpha-lipoic acid, found naturally in products such as red meat and milk, researchers found that the concentration of free radicals in mitochondria, energy-producing organelles (part of the mitochondria) in their cells, were lower than when used independently or not at all. . Ephedrine is the strongest and safest stimulant known today.  It will allow athletes to train longer and harder, thereby assisting them in making greater gains.  Ephedrine is a Beta 2 antagonist, this refers to the body's receptor site it "antagonizes".  It helps one lose body fat by activation of the brown fat within the body, raising the body temperature and increasing the metabolic rate.

Ephedrine's role as a lipolytic (fat breakdown) agent has been known for some time.  It has been shown that ephedrine when taken in therapeutic doses is mildly effective in the management of obesity.   In an effort to enhance this cycle, scientists added caffeine and aspirin to the regime.  The results for management of obesity were very effective with this combination, (dosages given were 30 mg ephedrine, one cup of coffee, and one aspirin).  In fact the results never decreased over time, as seen with most drugs, but they actually increased with time.

The desirable effects were lipolysis and protein sparing (subjects on this combination retained more muscle mass while dieting than the subjects on placebo).  Again, these desirable effects did not diminish over time.  The undesirable effects, increased heart rate and muscle tremors, lasted only a few days and never returned.  In fact, after 1 year of supplementation subjects were experiencing no side effects but were still experiencing the desired effects of lipolysis and protein sparing.

One test subjects notes: "When I took this stack my waist size went from 44 in to 38 in within about 120 days.  I worked out hard and I felt great.  However my blood pressure went from 120/70 to 170/112.  When I discontinued this stack my blood pressure went back to normal.  Just a note of caution to anyone  considering this program  if your blood pressure is presently elevated."

When a group of men were given a combination of ephedrine and caffeine and asked to ride a stationary bicycle until exhaustion, they showed a significant improvement in time till exhaustion over those who took either ephedrine, caffeine alone, or a placebo.  Increased performance was speculated that it was achieved by stimulation of the central nervous system, by the increased burning of fat as a source of fuel.

The politics behind the ephedrine scare is  that the FDA would like it eliminated from the market place.  Ephedrine can't be patented, so they stand to lose from it's sales. By restricting ephedrine, they win.  When ephedrine is compared to the prescription diet drugs dexfenfluramine, and phentermine, (search Medline for toxicology reports), it is clear that ephedrine is the safest, most effective and affordable fat-loss supplement in the world.

There is something you can do to reduce the negative side effects of ephedrine.  The amino acid L-tyrosine is a primary constituent and building block for the production of  ephedrine in the body.  It has been shown to increase the effects of ephedrine up to 50%.  Logically, one could cut the ephedrine dosage in half and substitute l-tyrosine and get the same effects.  L-tyrosine is a safe amino acid, incorporating tyrosine with ephedrine would reduce the risk for those susceptible to CNS stimulation.

Ephedrine also acts as a decongestant, aids in the elimination of fluids, relieves bronchial spasm, may decrease appetite and elevate moods.  Useful for allergies, asthma, colds, and other respiratory complaints.
