Reduce the Bio-Markers of Aging!

Two dietary supplements powerful in their own right, when taken together the results are off the charts. Acetyl L-carnitine and alpha-lipoic acid, found naturally in products such as red meat and milk, researchers found that the concentration of free radicals in mitochondria, energy-producing organelles (part of the mitochondria) in their cells, were lower than when used independently or not at all. . L-Carnitine & Co-Q10 – (9Q)

Supplement for Energy and a Healthy Heart

L-Carnitine and Co-Q10 when combined form energy. Both nutrients naturally occur within the cells of the human body and represent two of the most important factors in metabolic energy enhancement. This combination not only supports the metabolism of fats, carbohydrates and proteins, but also provides and supports the production of ATP (adenosine 5’ triphosphate), the "energy of life". A deficiency of L-Carnitine and Co-Q10 will become evident in lower physical energy; L-Carnitine delivers fuel and Co-Q10 helps burn it. This combination increases up to three times the effectiveness of each product if taken separately.

Aging decreases the production of both Co-Q10 and L-Carnitine and deficiencies appear overtime, abundant within grains, legumes and most meat, but often destroyed through processing and cooking. L-Carnitine, while available in meats, must be synthesized by the body from the amino acids lysine and methionine, and B1, B6, niacin, vitamin C and iron.

L-Carnitine
L-Carnitine is used by the body to transport long chain fatty acids to the mitochondria in your cells, where it is burned for energy. Since this fat burning is such a major source of muscular energy, deficiencies in Carnitine are manifested as low energy levels and muscular weakness. They can also appear as mental confusion or cloudiness, angina (heart pain) and weight gain. Since the only dietary source of L-Carnitine is meat, vegans and vegetarians, especially athletic vegetarians are most susceptible to Carnitine deficiency.

CoENZYME-Q10
Co-Q10 sparks the mitochondrial energy production that runs all vital body functions; processes such as the mechanical beating of the heart and the electrical spiking of the brain to preserve the body and cells. This steady energy stream for the "higher-level" body processes depends absolutely on each cell's having adequate levels of Co-Q10.

Co-Q10 is manufactured in the liver and requires at least three different starting molecules, as well as a large number of cofactor substances. This makes Co-Q10 delicate for the body to produce since all component parts, in sufficient quantities, must be available at the same time.

As we age, the body's digestion capabilities diminish and the metabolism of fuels becomes significantly less efficient. One of the major contributing factors in excessive fatigue in the elderly is the lack of Co-Q10, a co-enzyme deficiency occurs within the cells. The solution is to take L-Carnitine and Co-Q10 together and get to the heart of the matter.

Benefits of Co-Q10 and L Carnitine Combination

Cardiovascular Health:
